Between the Lines is a an experimental micro dance film exploring linear composition in film and Commercial Jazz dance. Creative Directed by Kennedy Elder and Rachel Hunter, they chose lighting, locations, and VFX as a way to merge film as a part of the choreography. This film is complimented by the incredible clothing and styling of Ballesteros Design by Sabrina Ballesteros.

This film means so much to us. As professionals, we are often commissioned to make constrained art pieces for others, so this film was born out of our unleashed love of Commercial Jazz and Film. We wanted to push the boundaries of what makes a dance film, and add inspiration from fashion ads as well as creative editing that adds another layer of choreography to the film. We hope you love it as much as we do.
