A soloist explores the boundaries of his solitude, set in rural Thailand.

words from the filmmaker

This concept was born from the amazing installation work of Studio 1750 (Korea). They build these big plastic bubbles and put them in galleries, and when I saw their work, I asked them: "Hey, you think I can put a dancer in one of those?" And the rest is history.

why we love this film

A beautiful mixture of art and dance. This film captures the kind of emotional, physical, and social isolation we were all feeling during the Covid pandemic.
